Not as a standard offering. I can have this done custom and will charge you only what I get charged. Contact me for a quote, lead times, and more information.
I don't see a clamp in the sizes I need. How does your custom machining work? The machinist manufacturing these for me is kind enough to allow me to do short run orders on a handful of parts as needed. Drop me a line, tell me what you are after, and I will see if I can get it done. All of the prints are CAD drawings so making a new drawing and having it made is fairly easy. In most cases, the pricing will be the same as the clamps I stock but check with me just to make sure.
I have an idea for a quickjack design? Is it possible to have it cut?Contact me and let's work out the details. If I can produce a drawing, the waterjet folks can usually cut it. They can also cut other materials, so if you wanted a stainless steel quickjack, it can be done.
How are your parts cut?A couple of different ways. Short run and custom clamps are built by an expert machinist with over 20 years experience. He has developed custom tooling to assist in the production and ensure accuracy. Stock clamps are CNC milled right here in Colorado. The quickjacks and the booster spacer are cut on a CNC abrasive waterjet.
How are these products shipped? In the lower 48 states in the US, everything is shipped USPS Priority Mail. For most places in the country, parts should arrive in 2-3 business days. USPS does Saturday delivery at no extra charge so that gives me one extra day to get the parts to their new home. If you need them faster, drop me a line. I can overnight as well.
What about shipping outside of the Continental United States?I will ship pretty much anywhere in the world. Transit times are usually longer and it costs a bit more. Drop me a line for a quote on shipping costs and transit times.
How is shipping pricing calculated?I include shipping within the United States into the product price. I do this so you know exactly what you are paying at the time of purchase. Actual shipping costs are pretty close to this and many times higher than what I charge. No additional hidden fees such as handling will be added. What you see on the site is what you pay. For orders outside of the continental US, drop me a line for a quote.
What kind of guarantee do you offer?Your satisfaction is guranteed. If you are not happy with your purchase, just return it to me unmodified and in sellable condition within 30 days of the original purchase for a refund. While I won't ask any questions, a note telling me why you don't like the product only helps me make the product better.
How often do you ship?Parts are usually stocked and ready to ship within 24 hours of your order. There are times when I may be backordered on a given part. I will let you know when you order if they are out of stock and when I expect more.
How do I get you money?I accept checks, money orders, credit cards, and Paypal. The only way credit cards are accepted is through Paypal. Speaking of Paypal I will ship ONLY to verified Paypal addresses. Payments via check and money will be held until the tender clears the bank.
How do I place an order? You can order through the shopping cart here (Paypal), or by sending a check/money order in the mail to me at:
If you are unsatisifed, order the wrong part, or need to return a product for whatever reason, I will happily take it back and refund your money, exchange the part, or provide a credit. Within 30 days from date of purchase, returns are not subject to a restocking fee. After 30 days, returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Parts need to be unmodified and in sellable condition. Please contact me in advance before returning a part.
What's the easiest way to contact you?I prefer email. I check email several times a day so this is probably the fastest method of response. You can find me at sales@lsbilletworks.com.
